Marina Krauser received her education as an actress and musical
performer in Berlin(Germany) and Salzburg(Austria).
A great inspiration and a crucial influence on her work as an
actress was the encounter with Susan Batson,in whose workshops
she participated several times.
Theatre engagements in the following cities: Berlin, Hamburg,
Munich, Ingolstadt, Dortmund, Duesseldorf, Cologne. A flexible
performer,she has been seen in such contrasting roles as i.e.
Eliza Doolittle in "Pygmalion", Wilson in "A month
of Sundays", Mariane in "L`Ávare", Anne
Dindon in "La cage aux folles", Audrey in "Little
Shop of Horrors", the Snake Kaa in "The Jungle Book",
Jenny in "The Three Penny Opera", Andy in "Stepping
Out", Diana in "Absent friends" or Sittah in "Nathan
the Wise".
In television she won an audience through guest roles in well-known
german series. She also acted in german television films and played
the leading role in "Die aufrichtige Luegnerin".
Suzanna in "Deadline" is her first cinema role.
Marina Krauser has a special love for tap-dancing, a pursuit which
she has followed since her childhood. An accomplished and passionate
performer,she is also a choreographer. In June 2003 she choreographed
and danced the tap-number "David danced before the Lord"
in Duke Ellington`s Sacred Concert in Berlin.
